Going green means different things to different people. For some of us, it means our simple every day decisions to be more environmentally conscious. For others, it means well-informed consumerism with a penchant for green businesses.
Yet for others still, it means that the food and produce we eat be as fresh, local, and stimulant and pesticide-free as possible. And where we get such food is as important as why, for not all marketplaces are created equal. Local Fairview Garden Farms was kind enough to allow us to exhibit the lovely Paola in the process of physically “going green.”
